Shipping interruption due to lack of cartons

Dear Friends, Customers, and Brokers;

We regret to inform you that due to COVID related supply chain interruptions, our shipping carton supplier has been unable to fulfill our orders which had been diligently placed several months ago. Unfortunately our inventory of cartons has been exhausted and our supplier has indicated that a best-case scenario is that they will begin delivery in approximately three weeks. This problem has affected all carton manufacturers in Puerto Rico leaving us with no alternative source of shipping cartons.

We regret the problems that this will undoubtedly cause and will keep you abreast of any developments in this matter.
